  5. The MÑAÑS 90 EVOLUTION/2 Bank Reconciliation application enables you to take
  6. full advantage of computerized accounting by quickly and efficiently completing
  7. the bank reconciliation process. You reconcile your bank statement by a simple
  8. ``check-off'' process to indicate whether the checks appearing on the bank
  9. statement have cleared and the deposits and charges have been recorded
  10. correctly. If your bank statement does not agree with your cash balance, a
  11. register may be generated to help you find the error by detailing the balance
  12. as calculated by the computer. When used in conjunction with the MÑAÑS 90
  13. EVOLUTION/2 Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Time and Billing, and
  14. Payroll applications, checks and deposits are recorded automatically for each
  15. bank account. Bank Activity detail may be retained indefinitely or cleared on a
  16. monthly basis. The Cash Flow Analysis Report recaps the cash receipts
  17. information from Accounts Receivable and estimated cash disbursements from
  18. Accounts Payable to provide an overall picture of anticipated cash flow.
